Accommodation is strictly for a maximum of 6 PEOPLE. (This includes all age groups: adults, children/ babies).
A Deposit is required to confirm the Booking and should be paid within 7 days. The accommodation account balance is to be paid in full, by at least two weeks prior to arrival.

No Unruly Behaviour/ or Rowdy Groups are allowed.
No Students/ school kids/ groups on their own are allowed, unless accompanied by parents.
No Pets allowed.
No Fishing/ Boating tackle/ gear or Bicycles, etc is allowed in the apartment. Store in the vehicle lockup garages.
“No Smoking” policy inside apartment. You may use the patio balcony area.
Garage Parking (entrance = 2,4m wide + 1,95 h) max 2 Vehicles. Also separate Parking for “Venter” Trailers.
The management or owner cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to property or injury to any person in the apartment or on the Complex premises.
