REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum experience is 3 years of experience in shopping centre or retail marketing (non-negotiable)
· Minimum qualification is a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
· Strong working knowledge of marketing strategies for physical stores or shopping centres
· Strong sponsorship and exhibition experience
· Sales experience preferable
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, PR, writing skills

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Location: Margate
Work model: 5 days per week onsite
Hours: 08h00 – 17h00 with 1 monthly weekend depending on events and campaigns. Any
overtime is as per the BCEA
Reporting to: Centre Manager

You will be a permanent employee of our client, representing them to the property company, tenants and centre management. The property company will provide the successful incumbent with relevant training.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meeting the outlined marketing KPIs in relation to:
· Strategy with associated budget planning
· Analysis and research
· PR
· Event management including supplier sourcing, sponsorships and advertising plans
· Social media targets
· Manage agency briefs for artwork, events, supplier sour
· Tenant and centre management relations
· Tenant turnover
· Foot traffic
· Reporting

REMUNERATION:

· Market related
· No benefits included but the individual receives R1000 for laptop and a cell phone allowance
